What about SOS? Do that next. I'm sure ND was way ahead of A&M right?

I don't even think A&M will beat North Carolina.

do we really think they would have lost more than once?
We'll never know. LSU beat Florida this year. USC beat Georgia last year. A 6-7 Purdue team beat an otherwise undefeated Ohio St in the 8th game of the season in 2018. The point is that it happens, and Ohio St was given the benefit of the doubt by the committee because of their name.

frick Ohio state and the big10. I would have voted for Cincinnati over them just to prove a point. You can’t quit and once everyone else is playing decide to come back and act like nothing happened. frickers.

I loved every minute of seeing A&M screwed out of that playoff spot they definitely did not deserve it so much for that window LOL

I hate eATMe just as most as most SEC fans, but they are just as deserving at Notre Dame. Their 1st win over Clemson was a great win, COVID related absence of QB Lawrence any many others.

I would give it to Cincy, they were undefeated, and would be nice to see other than ND or aTm.

What a dumb shite rationalization. A&M played full SEC schedule..OSU played 6 games only, started late, quit early to protect thier measly five game win streak. Barely beat Indiana and Northwestern. Notre Dame barely beat a completely depleted Clemson team only a few weeks ago. A&M beat everyone since Bama by at least two scores. No way either OSU or Notre Dame (maybe even Clemson) could play a straight SEC schedule as well as A&M did. LSU would have kicked OSU’s arse the last two games.

Ohio State played 6 fricking games. They roll into the playoffs not having to have been tested and extra 3, 4, or 5 times. They didn’t have to have guys risk injury. It’s a sham. I know it’s not their fault, but it is their conferences fault. They should not be playing in the playoff.

Ohio State should have just been invited in June and not been bothered to play at all....I have seen them twice and they aren't overly impressive...I have seen TAM beat Florida and I think TAM would beat OSU. I think Florida would beat OSU...based on what we know for certain about OSU and not based on assumptions. If we are basing things on assumptions then we should assume COVID didn't cause a clusterfrick in CFB, Jamie Newman stays at Georgia and has a Heisman Trophy season and UGA wins it all in 2020. Only an idiot would make those assumptions but it seems like its perfectly acceptable to assume Ohio State wouldnt lose a couple of games in a normal season....

In my opinion, based on what we have seen, Bama and Clemson are the 2 best teams right now and will curb stomp ND and Ohio State with Bama winning pretty easily against Clemson for the natty....you could extend the playoff to include the top 26 teams and this would still be the final outcome....
