You would think with the number of future Marines at the Naval Academy they would do better. Maybe it was just a down year or maybe the best and brightest at the Naval Academy are focused on extremely technical subjects that doesn't leave much time for this sort of training.
No surprise the Canadians did so well, the RMC of Canada is a first class institution.

For some, it’s just their schtick.
It’s like they think it makes them look cool or edgy, even though nobody has any idea who’s doing it.
