Texas A&M - This is how it is.

Forget all the chatter. Offseason to plan for Johnny. Sophomore slump. Blah blah blah.
Fact is, even if Johnny is not as good as last year, he is still better than 99% of college quarterbacks.
Best quarterback, best receiver, best running backs, best offensive line.
Johnny can afford to slip, but you best not let that offense catch you slipping.
Defense has some holes to fill. Especially on the front seven, but there is an extremely talented pool of young guys that will step in nicely. Sumlin has proven to get the most out of his guys and lets face it, with that offense, the defense can afford to spot a few points.
Tops in academics. Tops in facilties. Tops in student body size. Tops in recruiting pool. Tops in fan support. Soon to be champions of the best conference in the land.
Might as well get used to it. A&M is settling in for a nice run of dominance, and all around, is the best package in the west for sure. I'll nod to Florida in the east.
Fun fact: The SEC increased its land area by 60% with the addition of the state of Texas alone.
