They'll have 8 losing seasons in the past 12. Bad, but not quite as bad as LSU's 8 losing seasons in the 11 years from 1989-1999. That was bad.

Nearly 20% of our all time losses have occurred this decade.

Truly an elite accomplishment

I was there and saw Tee Martin and Co beat State at the SEC Champ game in 98 en route to the national title. What an epic decline from there to here.

Come to think of it, it may not be a total bad thing to have your worst era ever during Saban's prime. It's not like they would beat Bama and win the SEC anyway.

Best to turn it around on his down slope....if that ever happens.

If they end up with a losing season this year, it'll be their 29th losing season in their history.

Others in the Big 6 and their number of losing seasons through 2018:

Alabama - 17 (includes 4 seasons of forfeitures due to cheating)
Auburn - 29
Florida - 23
Georgia - 27
LSU - 27

Shame it’s not ten.

Either way...it’s beautiful.

It's what bankruptcy does to a program. Gotta have the Benjamin's.

When will Tennessee emerge from the abyss? I do not see many signs of a return to respectability.

They never will, it's over for them.

Looking at their schedule for 2020, I don’t see that trend changing.
