The case also states that when Sanico asked Hood if he wanted to "do it himself", he responded with "No man, that's my cousin". Sounds like a couple of teenage boys picking on a teenage girl, taking it too far, and then Hood not having the guts to stand up to Sanico and tell him to stop. Again, JMHO, and I'm sure I'll get flamed.

yea im pretty sure it does. This isn't some kids having fun. the kid was 14 he knows the difference bt right and wrong. this wasn't some childish mistake. Getting arrested for stealing shite from a store is a childish mistake raping a first cousin with a plunger is a whole diff ball game. No way to defend ut on this one

I would bet a lot of money that an overwhelming majority of Tennessee fans would rather Kiffin not have signed this kid.
I will admit it does say something about Kiffin, but it hardly says anything about their fans as a whole. No way they are all rooting for this. If I'm wrong, then fire away. I really don't think I am though.
