Since I already provided the definition of rape earlier in the thread....
Molester: n someone who subjects others to unwanted or improper sexual activities
Please explain how he is neither a rapist, or a molester.

I'm convinced he is some kind of parody poster.

he was 13 though so nothing he did can be held against him

If it was a guy who I'd never seen before I might agree.

The guy was 14 when it happened. Sure it's gross, crazy, unthinkable, etc... but he was 14. I'm having a hard time believing that something this kid did as a stupid arse 14 year old punk will translate to the way he acts as a college football player. JMHO, and I'm sure I'll get flamed.
Ah. Juvenile offenses of possession, theft, disorderly, vandalsim, etc. are one thing. Some kids with that kind of history are able to change by adulthood. Sexual Assault or Accessory to Sexual Assault are a whole different ball game. Such offenses are usually signs of a chronic long-term behavioral disorder. The prognosis generally very poor, and such juveniles very often go on to meet criteria for Antisocial Personality Disorder. Not a good move at all by UT.

When he gets caught in some girls dorm standing over her bed...you'll have your answer.

Did you just call an 18 year old that raped a girl with a plunger, a grown man? Explain

The case with this kid getting into UT has been ongoing for years. Fulmer actually was talking with him at one point.
Hood is going to get an academic scholly and given a shot to walk on. This is more to do with UT's laws than Kiffin (who does not have a choice in the matter, at this point)
No, the UT fans who are aware of this kids previous actions wish he was not going to be on the team, I would say the majority are not aware of him currently and when they find out, it may get out of hand.

Sorry, but 13 or not, if he knew it was wrong to actually "rape" her, then he damn sure knew it was wrong to go get the damn thing in the first place. Also, don't like the qualification that "it is my cousin." What, any other girl, whoo hoo let's get it on...?!!!
This kid should have been in juvie getting his 4.0 for the last 6 years. That was plain and simple accessory to rape.
I may be more lenient on his age if he had decided to run for the hills instead of return with the plunger since the other guy was older, but the moment he didn't so much as let out a peep while it happened other than saying no, I will just watch thank you, I would nail his arse with as much justice as I could find. This wasn't a simple case of things were getting hot and heavy between two kids with raging hormones and the guy didn't listen when the girl said stop- that I mayyyyyyy be able to understand as a selfish, childish mistake. There is nothing childish about a plunger. That is sadistic, made more horrific by the age of the participants, not less so.
People who intentionally harm other people usually have issues themselves, and they are far more likely to repeat the behavior than turn over a new leaf, no matter what age the first incident occurred.
I will say this, though, as someone whose jaw just dropped at this news, I would absolutely make sure that every time he came near Athens, I would be the one to make sure a sign saying sexual predator resides here would be in place in the hotel. It is the least I could do to make sure he never forgets his "childish mistake".

I guess my point is that what he is now, may or may not have anything to do with what he was 6 years ago - as a 13 year old punk kid under the influence of a grown man. A case can be made that he is a molester, but he is no rapist.
We don't know anything about the kid other than this one incident.
To judge him as a grown man for something that happened when he was 13 years old is shallow and stupid, IMO.
For all we know, he could be going into the ministry, had a complete life change, be speaking at schools about the importance of fighting against peer-pressure, and be talking to teenagers about the seriousness of sexual offenses.
What he DID as a 13 year old boy was stupid, idiotic, despicable, disgusting, etc... but it should have no bearing on the way we treat him as a grown man and a member of society now.
To me, him refusing to go any further than he already had, and his achieving a 4.0 GPA shows that he has SOME character, discipline, and conviction about him, which is more than what can be said for many of today's college athletes.
If he has shown that he is no longer a "danger" to society, and that he has improved his character, personality, and judgment, then I think he deserves every opportunity to advance himself at the college level.
For us to sit here as grown men, and proclaim that he needs to have a bullet put in his brain for something he did as a boy, is ridiculous, and shows a complete lack of understanding of developmental psychology, and is just plain sad, IMO.

FWIW, the victim wrote UT a letter asking to let him in.
