Most SEC teams haven't won an sec championship in football since 1998. Why do you pick out Tennessee only?

Because Tennessee considers themselves a power in this conference, right?
Historically significant teams going almost 30 without winning the conference is a hell of a stat to me.

We used to be in the upper teir as well as Tenn..with our recent past of bad coaches not exactly sure why Tenn doesn't win..I'd guess location..the State doesn't have that many top 50 players.

For perspective, in 1998 one could go to the theater and see Titanic, The Matrix and Deep *impact, Cher was burning up the charts with "Believe" and the world learned who Monica Lewinsky was. Good job Vols

3-3 at a program low point for the Gators versus the Vols best showings this century. The Gators are above the Vols.
