I mean if you can keep to it, it's a good diet for you. Even though I don't have it often, I like steak and bacon too much for that though.

I'm assuming that means no red meat or fish. I guess I could technically go on that diet and be fine. Other animals are so tasty though, it would be tough. You can do chicken so many different ways that it probably doesn't seem like the same meal every day.

Most of my carbs are from vegetables and nuts, the rest is from weekend drinking.

Actually Vodka is low carb, which is crazy considering it's made from potatoes, which is high in starchy carbs.
