Honestly don't know. I think there's more going on with his injury (think he has a neck issue and they're protecting him as much as possible) but I don't know for sure.

His head stuff is more serious going by some of the stuff VQ mods have said. I wouldn’t be surprised if he never plays another down here imo

It makes sense that with another decent option you'd just tell him to take the rest of the year and start fresh in spring
