What did you mean? We laughed at the Antonio Richardson stuff, not Gabe Wright. Most UT posters on here have conceded GW to AU for the last week.

I think all of the UT posters on here were calling Gabe a long shot as of a few days ago.

Except for the one guy constantly saying Wright wasn't at the NC celebration, who was saying he was a Vol?

Updated some info in the second post and added Dooley's press conference.

Great class!

Nice class Tennessee. Dooley did well this year. I was shocked that Dawson didn't go to UT. That was shocking to me.

Dawson was a kick in the nuts, missing out in a DT stung, but otherwise, a very solid class. Considering we are on our 3rd staff in 3 years, and coming off of a losing year, I think this class was all that we could expect.

Now we have to coach them up, and continue to show improvement on the field, and build relationships off of the field. I think Dooley is doing a hell of a job, and hope he succeeds for a long time.

I think Couch comes in and starts next year, and if Montori can keep his head out of his arse, we could have a pretty solid set of tackles. Hopefully Marlon Walls is 100%, and we can get something, anything from Sykes, Fowlkes, Ayres, etc...

If Janzen can stay off of the hippie lettuce long enough to stay on the team for one more year before bolting to the NFL, then our secondary could be pretty damn good. I think Byron Moore can come in and start, as well as Loften if he can get in school, not sure about Lanier, but we still have Teague, Brewer, Waggner, Gordon...as long as Art Evans is gone, we will be fine.

Hopefully we get 8 wins next year and sneak into a New Year's Day bowl game.

2012 and we should be back to form.

So UT was a leader for Jernigan right?

Just messing with you

SOlid finish by dooley and that should end all doubters in the recruiting aspect. The man learned from Saban after all.

I was a bit concerned how well he would do recruiting. I had heard he was good, but convincing recruits to come to Tennessee in the current situation wasn't going to be easy. I'm pretty confident about him going forward.

This year I'll grade out at a B.

Hearing a lot of GREAT news about the 2012. Apparently Dooley spent a lot of time laying a foundation for this next class this year also.

I'm not going to project a ranking, but it should be much much better next year.

Keep in mind we'll probably only take 2-3 OL and 2-3 DTs. Much more skill positions to fill next year.

Considering the needs we had to fill and the overall quality, I'll give the class a A-/B+.

Going 6-7 and finishing with a concensus top 12 class warrants an A imo.

Excellent class by Dooley! He addressed needs, added quality talent, and strong character players to continue the new culture Dooley has tried to insitute since his arrival.

If Dooley could only mature on the sideline. Kid looks and acts like a child out there. Amazing to think he has a law degree.

This class averaged a 3.0 in the class room and a 24 ACT score.

Yea right. I doubt there is a team in the country that comes even close to a 24 ACT average.
