No cheating was never legal …. Paying 20 mil a season to players wasnt allowed for NIL. If you athletic department paid one cent to recruits it’s an ncaa violation . Sue whoever you want just like FSU did …. When your player possibly get the delay injunction they will then be deemed ineligible when it gets reversed . Your school will be out on severe scholarship reductions and bowl bans. Also stop saying everyone is doing it because thats not true either.
NIL is suppose to come from business who use the athletes to promote their company …. That’s not what Tenn is doing …. Yes they are using selective treatment …. They are electing to go after the people who are doing it out in the open with little regard which is what got UF FSU and Tenn in trouble in the first place …. This smells like a SMU type of ban .

Find anyone reputable claiming the university of Tennessee paid anyone. Or a staffer or anyone in the AD. Look around to find that.

this thing with the NCAA vs Tennessee/Virginia is going to be wrapped up in the courts for a good amount of time.
Also, I think the NCAA will lose as they usually do in court.
