Meh. Vanderbilt’s 2019 was ultimately better.

Even in the SEC, regular season baseball attendance averages about 5,000 per game. Other conferences are less.
That is a clue just how many people actually give a damn about college baseball.

College baseball is a snore. TV ratings tell that story, even though they're up from the abyss. And those metal bats with the ultra thin handles and ultra large sweet spots are a joke. Players get hits off those handles in college ball. In MLB, that's a shattered bat.
Thank goodness it's over. It's almost football time and then basketball time, where the real action and excitement lie.

Best we could muster was 58. That team didn’t even make Omaha tho. Very 2022 UT like.

Sorry for late reply and bump. I've been lurking here since about 2016. Thought I should join up as 1st day of Texas joining.
As for 60 win seasons, 1983 national champions Texas Longhorns went 66-14. Winning percentage of 0.825.
Notable pitchers on that team,
Mike Capel
Roger Clemens
Bruce Ruffin
Calvin Schiraldi
Kirk Killingsworth
That team was stacked!

That’s not a small number of people when you’re talking about 35-40 home games.
