Zero HC experience at any level. Only two years as a coordinator and he doesn't even call plays.

Just amazing that Tennessee is going to hire such a complete shot in the dark. It's a better job than that. Way better. That doesn't mean it can't work out, but wow.

He was one of the worst WR coaches we had on staff at one point because while he could recruit his arse off his development of players was absolute shite.
