Heupel has them winning, but I've been waiting for him to take the next step for a couple of years now...
What does Tennessee need to make that jump to elite status? An SEC Championship?

Beating us on Saturday would be a step in that direction. But they made the playoffs last year. So that's not 'elite', but it's showing they were one of the ten or eleven best teams in the nation.
And of course, they won't beat us on saturday. But they might beat everyone else on their schedule. Which would put them back in the playoffs this year.
