No way OU is worth more than UGA. Not even close.

Florida and Auburn over LSU? Sure.

We have produced far more revenue, much larger stadium until your latest remodel though we are still larger, in a much more populous state, larger fanbase, larger alumni base... Better facilities, far higher market cap... Etc..

Objective? Undetermined. Biased? Yes.
The writer, Dan Harralson, is a former equipment manager for UAB and former writer with Saturday Down South (a 2-bit online sports service), has covered the SEC for about 9 years now. It's too bad he had to rely on another publication's work to publish this 3-year-old story.
Nevertheless, pat yourself on the back and hope you'll feel more secure from now on.

Rest assured, they aren't.

No conference cares about a programs profitability & to a lessor degree the cooked up revenue totals.
Here’s a a good ranking using the criteria conferences consider.

Y’all are so rich! I can’t wait until Jimbo is able to recruit his own players and get them in the system.

Ole Miss at 25! I’m a little surprised, but pleased.
For a small school in a small state….that ain’t bad!

Thank you for the second link which confirms my point. USC at 19th is no gigantic power.

Agree. Even though it's not scientific, I think this list is a more accurate view of this question as of today. Thanks for posting it.

Attendance
Average home attendance is a strong indicator of program strength and fan support. No one can dispute that and these are the numbers. Still no USCw or UCLA.
LMAO!

This is irrelevant. The conferences are interested in tv market value not a Forbes list of athletic department ratings based upon a fictitious business model

This is truly sad, Harralson had nothing to do with the valuation or even the rankings. The valuation was done by Forbes GOBanking rates. Now just accept it, these are metrics and not your anecdotal feelings. Now feel free to attack Forbes.

A much more realistic evaluation
