Everyone does realize why this would be a terrible idea, right? RIGHT? And it's not about not having another Texas state school.
Culture- and market-wise, the most likely and preferable choices would be in no particular order: Virginia Tech, Louisville, Clemson (sorry SCARbros), Oklahoma State (willing to entertain objections here), NC State, *possibly* Florida State if things ever started to turn south for them.
