Great post and inciteful perspective Bevo XV, thank you for your work.
I think NC State runs away with this one, they've scored more PPG, allowed less PPG, and have a more productive offense. Go Wolfpack!

74% of yards gained against Texas A&M this season have come through the air (worst rate in the nation).

Rooting for NC State, but they will lose to TAMU. They always crap the bed in games that matter.
A&M is safe in this game.

A&M gets a lot of shite around here but they are still SEC and they will handle business

Which is why I followed that up with this:

Obviously there's a correlation with how well these two teams perform against the run though.
I shouldn’t say “worst” though. Will change in the original post for clarification.

Texas A&M held Clemson to almost 20 points under their average.

Texas A@M will kill NC state

NC State's leading receiver and leading tackler will be sitting out of the bowl game. Harmon is a significant loss because he was their big play guy on the outside. Their other 1,000 yard WR is their slot guy.
The main story-line here is two defenses who can stop the run but struggle against the pass.

None of this matters. Look at who the refs are... This will be another compelling saga of the miracle of Jimbo Fisher at aTm as paid for by the SEC. The SEC needs Jumbo to be successful and bring coaching prestige to the SEC TV marketing campaign. The SEC handlers are concerned that Saban has turned the league into a class of one and needs something to combat that even if it is only for a few yrs.

Really would be an embarassing loss for the Ags and Fisher. My guess is Ags by 10.

Would it? We’ve fairly similarly ranked. Plus 9-3 > 8-4 last I checked.
