It could happen but I see 6-6 or 7-5. That 4 game stretch is brutal. 0-4 is realistic during the month of October

Why is everyone counting this as an automatic loss?

If the 2017 versions of our teams were playing, I'd agree. We are trending up, but lets see how we look after replacing the key losses from this year's team.

Agreed.

If 4 or 5 losses a year got Miles fired, you have to think O's leash is much shorter.

He's not won an SEC title, he's not won a National Title, and he doesn't really appear to have the team on an upward trajectory.

I think anymore than three losses next year, and we may be looking at HC Aranda around Christmas time.

We finally play y'all later in the year so that'll be a W in Death Valley.

V. hard to see us getting more than 8 wins though.

Our offense shoudl remain relatively consistent with 2017's production and LSU hasn't necessarily been shutting people out lately. And despite our defense taking a step back next year, LSU's offense isn't much to talk about, they just lost their best offensive player, and they hired an OC that hardly anyone is even lukewarm on.

Count me as not worried. Plus it'll be a day game and we know they hate day games.

We return 4 starters, maybe 5.

Our defense should be even better next year. Our offense will either be terrible or slightly above terrible.

DE-Ledbetter
DT-Clark
LB-Patrick
CB-Baker
S- Reed

Are all unquestioned guys that you would call "starters". However, the following have started at least once, and even if not starting have played LOTs of minutes even if not technically considered "a starter"

DL-Rochester
DL-Marshall
OLB-Walker
CB-Mcgee
S- Lecounte

We are definitely going to have some new faces, but honestly if we can just get ILB shored up I'm not too worried about the defense.

Tennessee went 0-8 in conference. The only team in SEC history to do so.

Yet you're posting on the rant about a school who played in the citrus bowl this year with a shitty coach.

Hmmm, does your mommy know your skipping school and playing on the computer all day??

worst case scenario IMO. Not making any real noise but keeping O in place.
Can't imagine you guys liking that one bit. Despite the strong finish, I can see O being cut loose with the losses to Bama, Georgia and Auburn if they look past the wins going down the stretch

A quick look at the schedule that day will lead to one obvious CBS game

I'd expect if both have seasons with 1 loss or less at that point then the SEC will push for primetime. Especially at Death Valley.

The obvious day game almost a year out is retarded when it comes to LSU.
