Lol how is that interference. The contact made was right into the bag. Has he stayed more into the baseline it would have been much worse contact. Punishing a runner for protecting himself on a sure out. Hey man you are out but you have to collide with guy bc..

Seriously, had he gone straight at the bag, he’d have killed the guy. If the rule is about player safety, Auburn runner did everything he could to avoid contact, not generate it

Kid was sliding straight into the bag. Second baseman was in the baseline. He caused the runner's body to swing out of the baseline on contact. Crap call especially since they looked at several times.
