Lol those pitchers were low.

Ah, the supposed 5’8” midget is up again. Hard to pitch low to him

I don’t even know what you’re trying to say.

And to the eighth we go. You will get nothing and like it!

47 SOs and counting for Bama hitters. 4 outs left in regulation…can we hit 50?
48 with 3 outs left.
I asked Gemini when the last time a top 12 ranked SEC team struck out 50+ times in an SEC series and it couldn’t answer it. Anyone remember any recent 50 strikeout series by a ranked team?

Good luck. He hates Schloss

48 Ks now.
Is it really poaching if they want to leave?

And Sheerin is gone. Like that kid. He is wasted as a reliever at LSU

Does he bet against his own team? Last time we took a coach from a little brother school he bet against his own team to lose (apologies to A&M for the collateral damage in the dig on AU).

I’m still pissed about that 1904 game, by the way

Well, either Bama is going to win this game or be swept in a series that we led for the majority of innings.
We also have the chance to strikeout 50 times in a series that we led the majority of innings in. Hard enough to SO 50 times in a series, let alone lead for the majority. This has been an interesting series to say the least.
ETA: 49 Ks with 2 outs to go.

Damnit. No shutout.

This game is over. Texas bats didn’t even show up to the ballpark today.

Why the hell does Earley run him out there 2 games in a row

Yall have led for like 2 innings. Majority?

Whew…Bama avoids the 50 SOs falling 1 shy at 49. Grok couldn’t find a 50 SO series for ranked team either.
Technically it’s could still happen, but at least that would require extra innings. Nice pitching Horns…glad our hitters could help you rebound from last weekend.

Longhorn fans here might be interested to know that we also lost to the Cleveland Indians 1-6 in that 1904 season. It wasn't unusual back then for professional baseball teams to play college teams before their season began.

Huh? Maybe don’t speak about things you know nothing about.
