Mail a letter from College Station to another address inside College Station and see if it takes more than 2 days to get there.
Also, College Station is about 100 miles NW of Houston. The letter could have come from virtually anywhere north of Houston or College Station and have arrived within the timeline.
Uv postmark seems plausible
If post office isn't even canceling stamps f us lol

Something tells me they approve this letter

This is true. If you're not a part of the Entergy culture, you can't belong.

What the hell are you trying to say? Everyone of those black coaches are coaching because they've had success. What is your point? David Shaw has a better record than Harbaugh ever had at Stanford but he gets zero credit. Franklin turned Vandy and PSU around in some of the toughest situations and OSU get's in the playoffs even though PSU beat them straight up.
Sumlin has had the same record the last 3 years. How is that getting worse? He has the same winning percentage at TAM as he had at Houston. Was he successful at Houston? Than why are you calling him a failure at TAM? Same record man. In case you don't realize it, 8-5 in the SEC West, with some of the best recruiting classes TAM has ever had is pretty good for Aggy. You need to step off the ledge if you are a TAM fan. With the exception of RC Slocum, Sumlin has the best winning percentage of any TAM coach in the modern era. You're going to have to go back to 1928 to find a TAM coach with a better record. Get a clue...
Shaw gets plenty recognition and took over a program that was set up perfectly for him, albeit partly thanks to him and Mason. He just doesn't flirt with other schools or the NFL like Sumlin has in the past, so you don't hear about him.
Penn State got bitch slapped by Michigan last year and barely beat the Buckeyes at home, hence why they didn't make the playoff. Franklin is a great coach and widely recognized as such.
Sumlin has had three straight seasons with second half collapses including the quarterback clusterfrick that is the reason A&M doesn't have an adequate QB now. He has also not shown the ability to develop the talent he has brought to the level of other coaches like Franklin or Shaw.
You don't know shite about A&M or what expectations their fans and alumni should have; in fact, you sound scared and need a dose of reality. Worry about your own damn program dumpster fire.

I'm fine with believing Sumlin is not a great football coach and there is at least one mostly literate racist in the state of Texas. Both are plausible

Have you considered that maybe the expectations at A&M are too high and unrealistic? I mean, it's not like A&M once was a storied program suddenly falling on hard times. You have always been mediocre at best.
And now you find yourselves with a black coach attempting to play the race card. Leadership at that school is lacking.
ETA:
I'm not trying to flame here, but I think the problem lies with both the coach and administrators. The common denominator for A&M failures is A&M and the leadership surrounding the school itself.

Has anybody figured out why an LSU fan would send this racist message to Sumlin?

That's rich coming from an Ole Miss fan. Self awareness has never been a quality attributed to Ole Miss though, let's be honest here.

The SEC commish made a statement saying how sickening this is
That is so funny to me. The commish didn't say shite when a Bama kicker was being threatened to be killed over and over and over again last year. Or when Brandon Harris was being threatened to be killed
But throw out the n-bomb and everyone has to comment. Christ on a cracker people

Not blowing a 34 point lead is not an unreasonable expectation.
Not getting swept by the landmass is not an unrealistic expectation
