Sumlin is possibly the most overrated coach in college football. People put him on a pedestal like he's actually won something meaningful before. I guess he has a couple of divisional titles in a league no one cares about, but always seemed to fail at the conference level. I don't see him in any different light then most people view Pinkel. Has had minor success but has never been able to translate it into the big time.

Same thing happened with Urban at UF. At least he was winning Championships in the process though.

I don't think it will affect A&M's recruiting, but its my understanding that the kids & parents want a jail tour on their visits, just to check out the accommodations.
