It’s always difficult to say about assistants. They actually seem to develop most position groups well. The defensive coordinator Ron Roberts. He is the guy everyone loves because when he took over the defense it drastically improved overnight. But he’s also nearing social security age and no one has considered him a genius before now. Make of that what you will. I think we’ve just had bad DC for so long that we aren’t sure what to make of an average to above average DC.
People want to shite on the whole staff, but I really think Billy and his playcalling is where the rubber meets the road. It makes everything look bad as a result. Oh, and QB development definitely is shite, but Billy is the QB coach too if not in name.

That sounds so "Striklinish". He has no clue how he has screwed up the football program over the last few years. Purely shameful that he gets to act like he is still in charge.
