Story from Clinton presidency (SEC related)

I have a friend that was fairly high up in Bill's administration back in the 90's and he told me an old story that supposedly took place.

Back in '93 Willy was was returning to the White House from a trip and he brought a pig back with him. He walked down from Marine One with the hog under his arm when a soldier told him... "That's a nice pig, Mr. President."

Bill replied "Well thank ya, but this isn't just some pig, it's an Arkansas Razorback."

Soldier said "It's a nice razorback you have then."

"I got it for Hillary actually" said Bill.

The soldier commented "That's a good trade!"
