but again that is one Blogger's opinion
well the guys pretty good at predicting tourneys. He had a 98% prediction rate for march madness. maybe hes not as accurate at baseball, but it wouldnt be the first time OM got screwed with seeding

Actually, I'm pulling for Ole Miss. I would love to see another bumper crop of SEC teams in Omaha. Hell, I would love to see all 8 teams be from the SEC.

yes, first game back off a two week, break. But I get your point. Our bats are cold and probably would've been if we had Pujos in the lineup. All im saying is if OM's bats perform like they have for most part of the season (not the past couple weeks) then OM is a top 15 club. Bama is playing its best ball of the year and isnt a top 25 club.
Yes how youre playing right now is very important to seeding, but the potential and talent does contribute as well. Thats probably why he had LSU at #2 as well

I'm actually surprised.
Team A RPI: 15
Team B RPI: 27
Team A SOS: 27
Team B SOS: 34
Team A record: 34-21
Team B record: 36-20
Team A Conference: 15-15
Team B Conference: 16-14
Team A in last 10: 6-4
Team B in last 10: 3-7
Hoover can change a lot, but which team looks better right now?

Better RPI, better SOS, and better record in the last ten. Not to mention a series win against Ole Miss in the past two weeks. Far superior my arse.

I am not so distraught about Alabama being ahead of us because being a 2 and 3 seed is pretty much the same, butttt LSU a 2 seed?? That's a stretch.

Depends who you go to. Rivals still had us as a national seed post 2 UF losses but pre UF win. Win a game or 2 in the tourny and we should get it.

Let me end this now. Despite Alabama playing better right now than Ole Miss, Ole Miss had a way better season and would bea Alabama by 10 runs. If Ole Miss chokes in a Supe Regional so what? At least they will get there unlike Alabama.

They only beat Alabama by one run in their one win against us.

Well if you base your argument that you beat Ole Miss 2 out of 3 on a series that happened 2 or 3 weeks ao, that is lame. LSU is playing shitty right now and we swept your asses. I have seen Alabama play on TV several times. They aren't bad, but they are nowhere near as good as you think.
