The Heisman criteria aren’t who can put up the most gawdy stats and make it in the NFL.
They’re ability, integrity, perseverance and hard work. Given that I’m not so sure he won’t win thee damn thing. Show many one of those players that overcame as much and busted his arse harder.

The most interesting stat when looking at Bennett is that he's only thrown 33 4th quarter passes this year. About 2.5 per game.
He basically didn't play 60 minutes on average this year to get his stats. More like 47 or 48 minutes.

If the Heisman really means anything then Stetson should be the winner. We don’t need more of the Jamis Winston, Baker Mayfield or Johnny Football types. Character should matter too
