Bennett literally does have a future in the game, he literally will not hold a literal clipboard at the next level. Literally the USFL and Canadian league have literal better QBs. Figuratively he could go semi pro in Arena II if it’s still around but that’s literally a long shot.

Kirby is brilliant in recognizing talent. He recruits the top players but is great at recognizing and developing unheralded talent - like 3 star Jordan Davis. He saw an incredible work ethic, a strong desire to win and untapped talent in Stetson. It resulted in a national title. You can try to belittle Kirby, UGA and Stetson all you want. The fact is that they are the ones wearing national championship rings - not Tennessee. UT hasn’t been relevant in almost 20 years and the Dawgs and our former walk on QB own the Vols. Try to contain your bitterness and jealousy, Smokey. It’s transparent and kind of pathetic

Do you think Beck and Brock both transfer by game 4 or at the end of the season? Or do they keep Beck and lose Brock this year and Gunner at the end of the season?
And no, Kirby doesn’t develop jack shite. He just keeps running out guys til someone does it the way he wants it done. They leave Athens with the same skillset they arrive with. He can run the program that way because he recruits very well. And everyone knows they can jump anyone in front of them on the depth chart because they don’t actually develop anything. No development means no stability, and why they usually drop a game or 2 they shouldn’t.

Well... kirby isnt coaching the QBs directly. So i wont argue the specifics of the statement.
But just look at stetsons performance 2021 to 2022.
Or look at Fromm's performance 2017 to 2018.
This isnt rocket science. The QBs develop better at Georgia than the QBs under Mullen.

All this feigned pearl clutching over a former walk-on winning a national championship while more talented, recent QBs at UGA not winning one is really just the Vawl having to come to grips with 1998 being the new 1980.
