Dude you're talking like he's some Make-A-Wish kid defying all odds and making a 53-man roster. He played at Georgia for 20 years and won multiple championships... He probably should be on an NFL team, right?

There have been people laughing at him being the oldest guy on the roster as a rookie, and even he did.

Bennett was the worst rated QB to take atleast 19 snaps in the preseason. A sub 30 rating but he made the team as the 3rd QB.

Better solidify a QB in waiting spot if he wants any chance of playing. He got lucky going to a team with an old beat up QB who's nearly finished.

They gave him benefit of the doubt because of his college career and that's pretty much the only reason he's in the NFL. That will eventually wear out quick, he will be cut in year 2 or 3.

I retired when I was 55.
