I see his content sometimes on FB. I won't anymore. Skin color as a deciding factor for a job opening is about stupid.

He offers zero evidence to support this claim. And if we assume it is true, does that mean Bama would win all the championships if Saban only hired black coordinators? Maybe two championships a season if he replaced himself?

He’s racist and tried to hype Bama having an all black offensive line at the beginning of the season. It turned out to be a very weak group until the freshman Seth McLaughlin took over during the Auburn game. Then the group gelled and played well...Seth is white to Smith’s dismay.

Yeah, that's 100% bullshite given Saban's track record as a collegiate head coach. On the surface, the man is about as white and as unrelatable as one could be to a young, black athlete. However, the man knows how to speak to kids, regardless of their race or economic background.

Stephen a Smith and Ryan Clark are to the biggest race baiting racist commentators at ESPN. Everything for them is about race it doesn’t matter what the subject is it’s always race

Saban hires the best candidates, which is how it should be.

Far be it from me to defend Saban. Call him a lot of things, but not racist. That's absurd.

I will say this. I have had lot of issue with Stephen M. Smith's articles in recent months. Lot of Bama Beat writers doesn't think highly of him. He often take their work and reword it as if he wrote it himself. He's never going to grow out of the spot he's in because of stupid things he says in the article and on the air.

I used to work with a guy named Stephen Smith. I can't remember what his middle initial was.

We ended up terminating him due to him taking advantage of the company's long and short term disability policies. Took a lot or work from upper management, HR, and even the legal department to do it but it was finally accomplished.

I guess being a giant shitbag just goes with that name.

Saban could give a rats if a coordinator is black or white.saban cares who gives his team the best chance to win. Period.
