I guess I could see that. Or a few really wealthy boosters buying them and just coming into town/renting them out on game weekends.
I don't know I think it'll be hard to fill all of those if they're charging a lot.

Also going to be 86 "lounge spots" -- just like there is currently 86 lounge spots. They are just going to be permanent and partially wheelchair accessible, although all unique and customizable.
Plus about 50 "suites" overall... from 18 currently... Plus a club level and loge options...
Yes -- it's everything I have raised hell for over the last 5 years -- and more!

Has this live in suites thing been done anywhere else? It's a really cool idea. I wonder which group came up with it.

Would anyone that's not a college student actually want to live there? I don't see the appeal of living there when you aren't in college. And if it's expensive I doubt many college kids can afford it
Youre thinking way too poor like. In small towns like Oxford and Starkville, there are not enough hotels so most people that can afford it buy a house in their college town to stay in when they come up for games. This would be the equivalent.

No. You stay there for bball, football, and baseball games instead of buying a condo.

That is cause all the state fans are still believing from last year.. Think they going have big year in football now getting a baseball park.. State fans right now are on a high horse.

Two weeks, max. Everyone that went to Mississippi State isn't a poor redneck. And State supports baseball on a high level with just a handful of other schools.

I've said it 10 times already today, but its brilliant. Wonderful idea.

That was Michael Boerner's idea... Knew about that part awhile back but didn't want to say anything because Stricklin was going back and forth on whether he wanted to go ahead and include it now or wait until later...
I don't know if it's been done elsewhere or how practical it is for year-round usage. Gonna have to be $$$$ one would think...

That makes sense. Never been to Starkville. I'm sure they had interest from insider rich people before committing to build them. Sounds like a cool, unique idea

I think they also have a splash pool outside of the stadium that you would enjoy Fireman.

Needs a water park. With a mascot that wears skates.

Imagine if you were a rich kid going to state and your parents put you in the livable suites during college. You'd pull so much arse
