Kinda similar to how McNeese got swept by a combined score of 25-5 against lowly Kansas and proceeded to take it out on poor ol' LSU a few days later.

Reminds me of the times in 2023 and 2025 when LSU lost midweek games to ULL and Northwestern State.

The UCLA-A&M game was plagued by a horrible ump calling two different games with a moving zone.
UCLA only hit singles until the 7th inning so it was death by a thousand paper cuts.
We didn't bring our best and the unmp didn't help. We live and we learn and we rebranded by pouncing ASU.

A&M has pitching issues. Games like UCLA will happen because of that

We are also jinxed with 2-3 pitchers going down each year with Tommy John.

That is what I was referring to. It never fails. At least we got rid of that burnt orange bum and the hitting has drastically improved as a result
