Oh, so now it's become "ironclad lock insider information" huh? You really truly are an obvious loser dick, little dick, well ... just a dick. And I suspect you know it to be true. Owell. Spinning is the same as lying, you do know that, correct?

Nevermind, you'd just spin it and not tell the truth.

WTF?

So are you admitting that you do take it up the ponderosa? Otherwise, I'm not sure, what's your point? Or are you saying you've just not done it "yet?"

I dunno, how did this thread bring-out the two dicks? Oh wait, errr, I see one started it and the other, due to little dick syndrome, felt the need to chime-in with some spun-up imaginary bull$#it. So nevermind.

I normally have an i'll try anything once attitude about life. Fun way live, however there are a few circumstances where I don't have any interest in trying something. sucking dick being one of them.

I'm still confused about why you are so furious up in this thread. Are you offended that people think you'll go back to where your history points or are you mad that historically the facts say your one of the worst programs in all of CFB history but have recently been turned around?

OP...please fricking stop calling USC USClite or USCjr...South Carolina has been around a lot longer than the buttfricking trojans of Southern Cal. SC is one of the first states in this country and plays in the SEC. Let USCal call themselves SoCal. That has always pissed me off. Not to mention USC stands for the University of South Carolina which is a state's NAME while USC is University of Southern California...a fricking territory of a state. frick the California Hippies and their gay arse trojan army. I always call SC USC because they are the real USC.

When USClite proves they are anything more than a light version of the USC trojans then i'll adjust their name.

I would guess the order would go:

1) Ohio State
2) Michigan
3) Penn State

???

But now Nebraska has joined the Big 10, so they might make a "Big 4"?? Michigan State has good teams from time to time, but they might still fall below the others on a consistent level....

I didn't ask about the order of the top 4. I want to know who the "big boys" of the B1G are. There is no way Penn State is a "big boy" at this point. I don't even think Michigan counts.

scrooster, you come on pretty strong on an internet board. You are the protoypical "insider".

Keep hanging on the nuts of anyone associated with athletic department. One day you might get enough self esteem to actually work in their laundry room.

They seem to think that saying USC would tell people that its the university of south Carolina. The reality is that most people would immediately think of Southern California as they are a much bigger brand and more successful program. For proof see whose pro day ESPN attended since they were on the same day.

I got promoted. Me and the lead programmer are running things now. I'm running the customer support and sales side of the business.

I think USCe can do it. Spurrier has done a good job of changing their public image to a pushover to a legitimate program. It started with Alshon Jeffrey and Jadaveon Clowney and Marcus Lattimore staying in-state. If they can get all the local talent to stay I think they will be alright. It'll be interesting to see if they can hire someone good after Spurrier.

I'm not too concerned about it: when Spurrier went to Florida, he brought his highfalutin passing offense which was foreign to the SEC and whomped through the conference. re-wrote all the offensive passing yardage records, points scored per game and season records, and totally changed how football was played in the SEC...

If he did that also at USC to get USC to the successes we've had in recent yrs, then YES you can make the argument that once Spurrier leaves, then the FB program will fall back down. But that's not how he's done it at USC...

During Spurrier's tenure our most defining strength has been our defenses, not offenses. Spurrier has had his hands off of that: he hired a decent DC in Johnson that is now considered a defensive genius thanks to his time at USC, and hired Ward who had zero coordinator experience.

Mostly under Spurrier our offenses have been mediocre to worse....only beginning in 2010 has it been decent to better, and that's when our team has soared.

So IMO, other top head coaches can look at USC's successes and they won't go, "they only won because of Spurrier leading them". All top HCs are egomaniacs who think their shite don't stink, and they all think they can run a successful program.

The problem with USC's FB program prior to Spurrier was that most thought the program, school, state, history etc. was the obstacle in and of itself. But that's not the case anymore. A top defensive-minded HC would think he can have a defense as good as what Johnson or Ward has at USC - perhaps even better. They only need to hire a decent OC to field a decent or better offense - which was what Spurrier has done at best - and they see they'll win at USC.

USC's staff is not one of the top staffs in recruiting...we only do a decent job of it. We're not a fanatical recruiting staff like Urban Meyer's, or Sabans, or Miles, or Kiffin's, or Swinney's. Perhaps our next HC would be someone who takes recruiting more seriously than Spurrier has ever taken it. Perhaps they feel they can do a better job of getting talent into USC.

The other issues of facilities, salaries, TV exposure, etc. have improved leaps and bounds from where it was prior to Spurrier, and would all be considered positives for any proven HC...

right but the state identifies more with clemson historically so it's unfair to give them the state abbreviation.
