He didn't really make anything up. He presented some facts and left the reader to draw their own conclusions. Basically he found that a bunch of the Tigerette chicks were also on the AU payroll. Looks like his "financial audit" ended there and he didn't check to see what they were actually paid for.
Some of the amounts and timing of the checks is suspect, but nothing to get bent out of shape over.

Ok but just one question. Why the frick would dance girls be at the fax machine waiting for incoming recruits LOI to come in???

two weeks of "waiting by the fax machine" in a skimpy outfit is considerable overtime for "Fax girl". But hey, it was worth it because ya'll got him.

Not really. As was said earlier, if she was a bi-weekly paid employee of the University, every one of those dates matches when she was supposed to be paid. As far as the range of amounts, if one pay period is skipped, you generally see a spike in the following one.
