pretty funny to me. trent is a beast though. can't wait till he is in the NFL, but then eddie lacy will be the "best RB in the nation" lmao. and after him Dee Hart will be the "best RB in the nation" and then after him it will be X is the "best RB in the nation". it's dat bama logic.

Your posts have gotten increasingly aggressive this season.

Funny how you're all quiet and submissive when LSU isn't doing this good...but when success happens you grow a pair.

One thing hasn't changed though...you're still incapable of making a post without smilies.

Stay safe.

No. He had many really nice runs. He had a ton of yards lost on runs. LSU got him way behind the line more than a few times.

the fact is that the BEST Alabama can do on the season is split 1-1 with LSU.

i prefer our situation.

If McElwain abandons the delayed handoff this time around I'll stop lobbying for him to get shite canned.

Funny how I've never used the term but you continue to point it out like I have.

quote:

Wait...so which plays are allowed to be counted towards stats and which aren't. I was unaware that there are separate categories for "special plays." Being a Bama fan who loves stats, this discovery is new and exciting to me. Please explain it in great detail.

Like I said, he got his yards. Those plays count. But overall, he averaged less than 4 yards per carry, had almost as many yards receiving, which is atypical, and had something like 17 carries of 3 yards or less.

quote:

I know right. And only one player getting 170 yards. That was what you said the norm was right? Congrats on keeping up with that standard.

What does this have to do with my comments regarding the LSU defense? You can't refute anything about how well we played defensively in that game. You were at home, you made the redzone once, didn't score a touchdown, never broke the 15 yard line, and were relegated to trick plays and 50+ yard fields when your kicker at made one kick all year coming into that game.

but any RB in the nation would have gotten those same receiving yards.

Go back and watch the second one. It would have only been about 20 yards......he shook two LSU guys out of their shoes, then ran with a guy trying to tackle him.

Just like Richardson's total yardage in that game. Yet, here we are but you continue to discuss one situation as if it mattered (total yardage) and another (the fricking loss to us) as if one is important and the other isn't. Brilliant dude.

I watched the game last night for the first time since 11.5. I yelled out loud at one point. Even though I'd already seen it. The play calling at the 30 EVERY SINGLE POSSESSION in the first half was absolutely insane. Talking about it right now is even pissing me off.

You literally just posted about why shouldn't you praise your defense.

Now you deny self-praising.

Solid corndog post.

OL woes more than anything.

Your defense didn't play as good a game as it simply just took what McElwain gave them. Which is smart at least...I'll give them that.

Such is having a wildcard like McElwain. Damn the reason...let's run the hbdraw 5 times in a row when they're bringing the safety blitz on the outside.

Like I said, the loss was more Bama making mistakes than LSU playing exceptional.

None of it matters now though. 9-6 has been reduced to 0-0.

I think sport science is cool. Except for that segment about drew brees and payton manning's jawlines. Said the colts would win bc manning had a bigger jaw

You said that I was calling our defense the "best in the history of college football" which was not true. I've asked you repeatedly to prove it but you just deflect like a typical count.

Well that woeful performance only occurred in one game. Wonder why that is.

Typical, we didn't do it as much as we did it to ourselves. fricking gumps and their transformation of the truth.

Yeah we didn't make any mistakes in that game. Played a perfect game.

You like that, , huh, do you?

It's hilarious. Maybe 7 players from Bama would start on LSU but they think they are the better team because Athlon said so.

LSU has more talent and speed in every phase of the game. Bama is a good team, but they gave LSU their best shot in their own stadium and couldn't win.

The playcalling in that area of the field has been abysmal ever since McElwain got here. I had a hard time believing that he kept trying to run the ball outside even though they shut it down every single time.

I can't really put in words how bad what they did around the 30 was. And shite, I'm pretty fair on this site but I'm gonna say it, that shite had nothing to do with LSU. Coaching at Alabama has been great and has earned a pass simply for what they've helped Alabama achieve the last few years, but f*ck, they dropped the ball in that game.
