Yep. Even though they play us tough every now and then, I’d rather have that easy win than having to worry about UGA or Florida. I guess playing Tennessee regularly would be about the same but a bigger stadium to visit

Ole Miss used to be UGA’s 2nd annual west opponent

LSU had Kentucky

Auburn had Florida

and so on…

I’m very excited to go to a 3-8 format

I also think that one of the ways we make it work is pair the top tier teams with each other for most of the perm rivalries & give the schools that haven’t been as traditionally successful more annual games against each other

The bug holdup was schools that are worried about that 6th win and a bowl game

They're 43-40 against the SEC East, so obviously yes.

It's a 3-6 model and the only problem that I have with it is that half the conference will only get 4 conference home games while the other half will get 5. Then they will flip it to the next year.

I mean I guess I'm okay with it.

But if we go 3 + 6 I'd like State, LSU and Arkansas.

I just slow what we got cooking with Arkansas. Plus we played Arkansas a hell of a pre their entry to the SEC,

One positive about playing Vandy every year is it helps keep younger fans educated about Chucky and what kind of person he was.

It is considered a huge honor to get to wear 38 in honor of Chucky.
