I'd put him 4th or 5th depending on Jeremy Hill.

1-Hilliard
2-Blue
3-Ford
4-Ware

Ware is a very punishing runner but it appears it is begginning to take its toll on him. He hits the hole fast and hard and tends to take a lot of licks as well as delivers a lot too.

Where do the LSU running backs rank? It only matters where Miles thinks they rank. You fumble - go to the back of the line to the doghouse... Get a hot hand, you gonna get the ball.

As for the others:

Ford - runs better off tackle and on sweeps.
Blue - probably the fastest and shiftiest.
Hilliard - powerful and talented. LA all-time HS career rushing leader >8000 yds.
Hill - Similar to Hilliard but faster. 5* recruit that had to miss school last year and is very hungry to get back in the game.

Fwiw, this is what a grown arse man playing football looks like. Eric Reid let TR know they weren't there to hold hands and sing folk songs.

Nice hit by Reid, but giving up 20+ yards is not going to scare any offense, no matter how hard the hit is at the end of it.

No shite Captain Obvious. Have you ever seen ANYONE stop a full stride TR dead in his tracks? I sure haven't.

Of course I like them all. As you hear most writers, announcers, ranters say they could start for almost any team in the country. If it was the 4th quarter in a tight game I think I take Ware. But then Ford can break any play, Blue is powerful and fast also, Hilliard always finds the hole. Hill has not played in the SEC yet so hard to say. I think anyone can justify saying any of these.

I wish we could have gotten that ball when it went up in the air.

You're right. It felt more like luck than a skulldragging.

I wouldn't talk so much mess, considering it was Jordan Jefferson who skullfricked your wussy arse defense.

ware is probably our main back who runs between the tackles but blue and hilliard are a combination of him and ford. all backs compliment each other

Team LSU RBs had over 3000 yards last year and will be better this year. Most all team witnessed the pain and the power of "The Committee"

"Select unnamed teams" witnessed first hand the "For You Only My Friend" philosophy of kicking FGs as to not run up the stats in garbage time.

We don't know what to think, he was amazing then lost it. Towards the end of the season he rarely gained more than 2yards per carry.
