Three states combined for Memphis??? I'd guess that MS & AR have even higher rates than TN but I'd love to see a breakdown of that. Memphis and its TN 'burbs/broader metro area have a lot of rich folks. West Memphis, Ark, not so much.

In general though, these numbers look too high given the recession has hit the South particularly hard.
