UGA, Mizzou, LSU and aTm thought they had not just competent but great QBs after playing the Gamecocks.

The devastating plummet back to reality from the inflated sense of team-worth that these fanbases experienced has resulted in one head coach already announcing retirement, talk about firing two head coaches that have averaged 10 wins over 10+ years at LSU and UGA and a disdain for OC Jake Spavital at aTm that could percolate to Kevin Sumlin.

at being responsible for wrecking the ultimate dreams of Mizzou fans for winning the east, UGA fans for winning the SEC and LSU fans for being the first team to win the playoff and Heisman in the same season.

aTm's ultimate dream of beating LSU is the only one remaining. We'll see what happens

I didn't think Harris looked good against USCe. I thought Guice did though.

Bump because USC could potentially crush Bama fan's ultimate dreams of winning the playoff by taking Kirby Smart away from them before they start

No you don't, unless you care to provide some links.

Because I have the preseason prediction thread handy and out of the 20ish UGA fans that guessed, we came to a fanbase consensus of 9-3.

oh btw, how pathetic is is that that complete joke of a QB that we have, who has been benched already this season for someone with 4 career passes, set an NCAA completion record against your team?

Seems to me like the jokes on yall. For many, many, many years to come, the official NCAA record books will show:

Completion Percentage (Game)
1.) Greyson Lambert - South Carolina (96%)

I'd be curious to see how much he is missed

Wouldn't be surprised if bama defense didn't miss a beat

Stacking it up next to losing to the Citadel, it doesn't hurt that bad.

We have a new coach coming in. Plenty of reason to be excited in Columbia.

I got it, it was just stupid because it makes your own team look even worse.

Worse than losing to The Citadel?

I don't think so

No, worse than if you hadn't started a thread reminding everyone how bad you lost to mediocre teams.

I mean it'd be like someone saying "man I'm really fat. But wait, I'm also ugly too".

I know the feel man. At least they aren't undefeated and ranked #1, while you're 3-8.

we also ruined UNC's hope at a playoff appearance more than likely, cause with that victory in week one they'd likely be near the top 6 with a shot at Clemson next weekend
