When you sub, the defense can take their time or it’s a delay of game on the offense if you don’t give them 15 seconds. They been calling it all year.

Illinois player got “injured” when South Carolina was going fast. Bert walked over and did the ref’s substitution signal right at Beamer. Beamer went nuts about it.
Then Bert did a bunch of slow substitutions the next play causing Beamer to have to call a timeout. And laughed a bunch about it.
