Arkansas doesn't know what hit them? Give me a break ..... we know exactly where things stand. We kick butt in every single sport BUT football but we've had a bit of success along the way too. Your statement is not well informed sir.

Are you counting ranked at the time of playing or the end of the year ranking? It is played earlier in the year. B12 SOS might even be helpful, you think?

It’s the red River shootout, the fact that you call it rivalry now makes it gay. So then it no longer eclipses anything except bofa.

The Egg bowl is hardly ever relevant in the national picture but in terms of what is means to the state, the schools, and pure entertainment value it is in my top3.

I've been to both... and the significance of this cannot be understated in terms of how it affects the dynamics of the game.
Georgia Florida split is makes the stadium truly "neutral"... The game in Dallas is like playing a home and a road game depending on which end of the field you are on.
The other main difference. The Red River game has way more of a "state against state" feeling.

I've covered the OU-Texas game a few times in the past. Unique? No. Georgia-Florida is also split down the middle.

Name another game of any significance where the fans are split at the 50.. that is very different than GA-FL.. That is unique.

That has zero to do with this game. And really, records have zero to do as well.

No kidding! The hate isn't just between the fans (like Bama AU or UT) but also the players on the field, whereas most rivalries don't have that. Must watch TV on Black Friday night!

LSU sitting here enjoying being hated equally by everyone. No rivals.
