If you spend very much time on X, it becomes pretty obvious pretty quickly that most of the Oklahoma Sooner fan base does not take Kentucky's football program seriously and expects to win handily on Saturday. Vegas reassured them on their opinion. The players can't help but to read all of this commentary and hear everyone's confidence in an easy win on campus. Especially following the big Texas win, it wouldn't surprise me at all if the Sooners come out flat in the first half against Kentucky. I also don't think they have an understanding on the amount of improvement Kentucky has seen in the OL and DL from last year to this year. Should be an interesting game.

As with most fanbases, Sooner fans on X are imbeciles. But I agree with you, it should be a very interesting game. Looking forward to it.

I’ve noticed the same. Line em up. Hit them in the mouth early, quiet down the stadium, and take care of business.

There’s still A LOT of tickets left. I Look for quite a bit of blue to show up in Norman. This ain’t the worst Stoops brother rolling into town. Stein will have the guys ready.

So, this is sort of a must win for Kentucky. I know, not really, but it is.

I think most people think "A&M isn't that good", "got lucky at SC and against LSU by making the 2 both times", so I see this game as the opportunity to solidify that this team is better than people think.

Oklahoma has a good D, but hopefully Stein has a plan and we can get another road win.

I think 6-1 with wins over Oklahoma, LSU, TAM will tell people a lot.

If we lose, then I see above.

It's Human nature to hear the accolades and think you can't lose. The reality is if you don't take your opponent seriously you could be in for a rude awakening.

I was listening to a bunch of sooner podcasts before and after the UGA game.

OU was insanely optimistic coming into the game.

After the game, OU was insanely intelligent. The podcasts nailed everything that went right and wrong. They were extremely in tune with where their program was at.
They correctly identified the good, bad, and ugly.

We have played them twice and the media and beat was extremely impressive both times. It wasnt just 1 program. There were at least 4 that I caught that knew ball.

I do laugh thinking about the optimism going into every game.

You know nothing about our team. We come out flat every game first half.

And all these threads by Kentucky fans about respect lol. You are making up straw man arguments.

Every game on our schedule is lose-able or winnable.
