Oh, that's the real sorcery of the world. They are literally casting spells on people. And then you see things like flag pins and such, those are like trinkets of power. Wear them, and people will automatically be more likely to get behind them.

Hollow words are the best way to do it. A statement that promises an end without saying the process or anything to really support it. Then people fill it up to have whatever meaning they want. I'm going to fix education! Everyone cheers, no idea what the real plan or anything about it means, they just fill it up on their own.

Pollsters often test these phrases to see exactly which combination of words triggers the best emotional response.

I guess it's the art of bullshite.
