Kyle Field is now sold out from 2015-2025. I'm excited, but also that really sucks for me considering I'm a new graduate and have virtually no shot at securing season tickets now.

I know a lot of places used to have astro-turf like Legion Field in Birmingham (where Bama used to play it's big home games) but didn't Kyle field used to be astro turf?

recruiting really is a MAJOR part. maybe y'all will be fine.

We're now getting the Texas recruits that OU has been vacuuming away from us since the Big 12 was formed. They stole our birthright. Now we're taking it back.

According to some pretty notable people on Twitter, it's true. Haven't seen anything official though.

enjoy the hell out of it! and be REAL when it does hit the fan for a few years. you are lucky about one thing. i think it will lower sumlin's stock which means you get to keep him longer than you'd have thought after last year's arse kickery!

I think the first half Saturday will tell you a lot about what the future holds for the QB position. All other positions, both offensively and defensively, are stacked. Keep hoping though.

Kind of excited to see Flowers. It's kind of like a sneak peek into next year. Without the angst of a whole season of growing pains.

first half of one game vs Rice? i guess i sorta don't get your point. but w/e.

if i were an auburn fan i may feel the need to "hope" your school doesn't do well. BUT, i'm not.

I'm not sure when they switched back to grass (Jobu93 can probably narrow this down a bit), but yes. It was definitely astroturf from '75-'79.

Edit: Whoops. I see he already did.
