Texas A&M missed 25 tackles against South Carolina, per PFF. That is the most missed tackles for the Aggies in a game since Tennessee/Alvin Kamara came to College Station in 2016.

Shemar Stewart finished with a team-high five missed tackles. Dalton Brooks, Scooby Williams, Cashius Howell and Shemar Turner all missed three tackles. Daymion Sanford and Albert Regis both missed two tackles. Will Lee III, Taurean York, Jayvon Thomas and BJ Mayes all missed one tackle.

South Carolina QB LaNorris Sellers tallied 12 forced missed tackles vs. Texas A&M, which ranked second among FBS players (behind Ashton Jeanty) in Week 10. SC saw 204 of its 286 rushing yards come after contact and 195 of its 244 receiving yards come after the catch.

You try tackling a 250lb QB, we'd have to practice tackling Elko to simulate

You guys probably have forgotten more football than I'll ever know but it seemed like the Ag defenders were really focused on trying to strip the ball. They were swinging rather than tackling. Never noticed it so much as in this game.

I normally don't care about what these dudes do but Stewart has hurt his team more via stupid penalties than anyone I've seen recently

Truly a headcase that can't get out of his own way

I'll chip in $5 to the Tackle Me Elko practice fund.

Aggie defense is in the bottom-half SEC in points allowed.

I could go along with that if the missed tackles gradually started occuring later in the game. But they were immediate, which to me screams a lack of preparedness and a bad headspace.

Is that #5?

If so, yes, he has serious emotional control issues.

it was no doubt part of their film scout on Carolina - we been loose with the ball all season until the 26 point win in Norman -

Aggies were right to try and get the ball of our players - the punch out on Rocket when Carolina was in position to really get separation on the scoreboard was a thing of beauty - I can't blame Sanders for that - it was a helluva play by the A&M defender -

Gamecocks played the most physical game of our season - on both sides of the ball - Sellers with his Houdini skills along taking some contact and refusing to be tackled certainly contributed to A&M's stats -

Lol, what a ruined pussy. I would think the Aggies were used to the mediocrity and heartache by now.
