Soccer Freddy is coming back this fall for football!!

We’re planning another USA trip this fall!
It’s going to be a road trip with college football as the main focus, but we’re also planning to check out plenty of other sports and unique American events.
The idea for this trip actually came from our visits to a few colleges on the last trip. Everyone told us how crazy it gets on gamedays, so now we want to experience it ourselves.
Now we need your expertise: Which colleges should we visit? What games are interesting? And what other events or activities (also non sporting related) are worth checking out in September/October?
So far we have these on our list:
- Oktoberfest in Helen, GA
- Texas State Fair
- Breeders' Cup in Kentucky

I need a quick summary about this Lane Kiffin guy. What’s the matter with him? I remember on the trip everytime we told someone we went to LSU they would ask immediately if we met him

Sept. 19th- LSU at Ole Miss, Lane Kiffin was Ole Miss’ coach and left for LSU. Electric enviorment
Will always recommend going to Boone Pickens Stadium in Stillwater, Oklahoma. (If possible, go to Eskimo Joe’s & get bacon cheese fries)

If you’re going to the Texas State Fair make sure you go for Oklahoma vs Texas on October 10th. Hands down the most unique environment in college football

Why would anyone downvote this? Freddy has been great all Summer. He’s done more for the image of the USA than American in the last 20 years. Now we have people downvoting a post about a German dude who wants to experience college football games? Make it make sense to me.

It was fun at first. A random German kid tweeting about his experience exploring smaller towns and cities in the US. However, it started to get a bit lame once every corporation and celebrity started offering him free shite for publicity.
Freddy said from the beginning that he was a random dude who just wanted to document his trip to the US for the World Cup and he'd be deactivating his account once he got home because he wasn't trying to be an influencer.
Well, I guess that changed once he realized how much money he could make from posting on social media.

He got his fame from the South. He visited some of the SEC stadiums early on and met some great football fans.
He did deactivate account while here but everyone convinced him not to let the haters ruin his fun and reporting so after a week he reactivated and finished trip.
He enjoyed it so much and offered anyone to contact him if in Germany and he’d help show them around.
He’s young and in college. And decides he wants to take in some college football in mostly SEC country. Why not do things while young that you may not be able to do afterwards.
Who cares if makes anything iff social media now or not. He always hid his face and wasn’t doing it for fame. His posts have now been read by millions and he put USA and the south in a good light.
Of all the cesspool of money chasers with crap posts you make your line in the sand about someone who is a great ambassador to the US and southern culture?
He has never said one bad word about the US and will help generate buzz about SEC football.

Yes, I desperately wish I could be a social media influencer.
I don't even have a LinkedIn profile, let alone IG, FB, etc. When I take a cool picture or have a cool experience, I share it with my family and friends. I have no desire to post my life online for strangers to give me "likes."

I’d say Freddie is not old news. At least he has a positive view of America. And he’s going to put SEC schools in a whole new spotlight for foreign fans. I just can’t see anything wrong with this.
What he needs to do after college is become a German travel agent. All the things he saw here are more than over 50% of Americans. He could help book vacation trips to the US and provide hands on experience to travel agendas.
I think its cool he wants to take in the great American sport of college football. Not NFL but SEC college football.
