I can already see it. After Bama beats LSU in the NC, LSU fans will be whinning that they already beat Bama and so they should split the NC.

I give Bama a 25% chance of winning the NC team. Its so clear that LSU is the more complete team now plus the dome field advantage.... this team isn't losing. So get your loser's mentality that always accompanies your fan base away from me.

Wait, you aren't playing for the NC? Dan said you would.....oh well, go back to Suckville. The only reason I am being somewhat less abrasive is my grandad played for the Maroon back in the 30s when you actually had a team.

Really? So none of the LSU fans on here are nervious about this game? Lets be honest, the only reason LSU beat Bama in the first game was due to bama's lack of field goal kicking ability. Its not like LSU completely dominated.

in the unlikely event they do win, sure we'll say we're #1. They lost their bowl game in 1964 and 1973 and say they were the National Champions in those years, so why shouldn't LSU ?

Lsu will not have two interceptions or blown coverages this time. Honestly think we are the much more complete team and win by a bigger margin. But the point is that you can't have a season split and declare the one that won the last game the champ. That's why we have been saying game should have been treated as a semi-final game. Give the next best one loss team a shot or it needs to be 2 outta 3.

Let's be honest. The only reason it went to OT was because LSU couldnt punch it in from the red zone. Something bama never really had a chance to do.
