I just can't get OU losing to Texas out of my head.

I think Ohio State falls out and Iowa takes their spot. Others stay the same IMO.

The committee will find anyway to leave the Big 12 out. If Okie State beats Oklahoma, that will make it a whole lot easier.

Michigan State.

Beat OSU, then beat an undefeated Iowa to win a conference title?

That's more impressive than ND or OU's resume IMO.

Probably MSU. Their front is a lot more impressive than I thought. OU is playing some impressive ball right now though.

Right now Iowa is there until they lose

Notre dame and Oklahoma are the next logical teams. Oklahoma had a chance but almost losing to tcu without their star players is not a statement. Irish flopping around with 5 to isn't either.

At the end of the year it's. Clemson. Bama, Iowa/mich st, nd/Oklahoma

Irish probably gets in over Oklahoma because the Sooners lost to a team that nd beat by 5 tds

The interesting scenario would be okie st beating Sooners and Stanford beating nd and pac 12 champ. Then who would get in over those two

That's where I was leading with it and why I didn't include Iowa, who has played a "cream puff" schedule so far.

Baylor popping Oki Lite's bubble won't help Oki beat out ND who's a lock if they are even close.

Iowa (assuming they win out).
If not the Hawkeyes, Notre Dame.

Both deserve it over ND.

I would say, right now with 2 weeks still to go that not a single team has wrapped up any playoff spot. There are two that control their own destiny in Bama and Clemson, win and they are in, but both teams still have games to play. Assuming everyone wins out, I think it will be Clemson, Bama, Notre Dame and either Oklahoma or Michigan State and I would lean to Oklahoma. I just don't see how they will have the balls to pick between Notre Dame and Oklahoma when the cop out will be easier.

Iowa will play more ranked teams than Georgia.

If Iowa beats Nebraska (which I don't think they will), they'll have to beat Michigan State/Ohio State/Michigan, which will plop them into the top 4.

Sort of but they are not in the top 4 right now and no one thinks they will win out. Iowa is not the same as Oklahoma and Notre Dame. If they win out they could very well end up being #4 but right now, no one thinks that will happen.

Iowa was 5 before this week. They will be in top 4 on Tuesday.

They control their destiny. Like it or not
