Well then you should fire Kevin, and go out and steal someone. Here's a name if Sumlin is out next December, Pruitt. He'd be good at A&M

Same thing was said in the lead up to the Sumlin hire. Look where we are now.

No, we didn't have a 100K stadium then.

And Sumlin was a hot property at the time. Like Herman before Herman.

Size of the stadium has NOTHING to do with how successful a program is. If you don't have the right head coach, the bodies won't be in the stands for long. Hell, they'll leave in droves at the end of the third quarter if the team is being waxed. Takes the right head coach and staff, plus some coachable talent to win anywhere. A & M has yet to finish with a winning record in the SEC since joining. You can have a 200,000-seat stadium, but with the wrong coach, you won't win, and the fans will stay at home and watch other games on their HDTV's.

This could actually get interesting. Most Aggies seem to think Herman would come at the drop of a hat but I disagree and think many names would come up before they hired someone we've never heard of before.

So that 6-2 record we had in 2012 doesn't count?

Who was the coach that won them their last national title 80 years ago? Is he still around?

Herman's buyout excludes only Texas and Ohio St. If aTm wants to replace Sumlin with Herman in 2016, they're looking at $20+ M. Do you have that much cash on hand, Aggy?

If aTm gets RC back, they have to go back to the SWC with K-State. RC and Snyder can have the Walker Bowl each year.

Kansas State was never in the SWC. They were Big 8 with Missouri.
