Past few years we've hovered around 37-42k. We never have no most but it's usually far more than a paltry 18k
ETA: looked it up. Last 3 years we have risen. 42k in '11, 44k in '12, 45k in '13. Masters interfered then too. So I'd say we do more than 28-32k and guess right around 42k

Had like 51k last year. Will probably be 45k or so this year

Not many LSU fans want to witness tDecline. I don't blame them.

Weather and construction had numbers a little down. LSU fans also care about other sports and don't find it imperative to watch practice. Wait till you crawl into Tiger Stadium in the fall and let me know how that decline is.

Why are people debating spring game attendance on a message board??
Who cares.

Who cares.

Because LSU fans do this every year to justify their attendance figures.

I find it funny that LSU fans would be promoting their spring game attendance if it were high, but when it's low, they state it's just a practice.
Personally, I wish the AD would promote our game a little more and get people involved, change it to a non home game weekend for baseball, and make it a night game with tailgating.
Oh well.

Won't argue it but I've always placed G Day over the Masters. Sure, says a lot about me that I'd rather watch a scrimmage than a saturday in Augusta but I care way more about Georgia than golf.

I mean I went as a student but it never seemed worth traveling to Athens for. I just didnt know whether to get mad at our d or happy for our o or vice versa. If I was in the area I would go this year. Pruitt and mason should be interesting to see

I have a streak going that goes back to before I went to UGA and I even came back the weekend of GDay while I was up north for school because my buddies and I hit Braves opening series, G Day, and they experienced Athens. Of course, now my streak is about to be screwed by work.
I just like going to see how the whole team looks. And it's the closest I get to college football for a while and I miss it so.

This is LA. It needs only bourbon, boudin, and maybe some crawfish

30,000 would be a big crowd. It's just not that big of a deal. I primarily go for the food outside the stadium prior to the game to be honest....and just for the excuse to walk around a bit on campus.

Was that the LSU players' mindset when you were head trainer there?

At Tiger Stadium, bleachers in the east, north and west sections of the lower bowl have deteriorated and will either be replaced or reinstalled depending on their condition, David said. The south section will not be treated because maintenance was done two years ago. The process starts with the removal of all bleachers in the aforementioned areas, David said. The concrete where the bleachers were removed will then be cleaned and waterproofed. David said waterproofing involves application of a topical coating to the concrete.
The replacement or reinstallation of the bleachers will complete the project, making for sturdier seating on gamedays while protecting the concrete structure of the stadium for long-term use. These precautions will be complete before the first home game of the coming season on Sept. 6, David said. They will amount to $1.6 million.
