Not speculation...what is known?

It’s really unfair to the guy to label him a Sandusky enabler if it’s not known whether he actually was.

McQuerey (sp?) named pretty much everyone that was ever involved at the program. In this instance as a secondary source.

No one ever looked at him further for doing anything wrong legally or civily even through the entire investigation.

Thats the extent of the spooky scandal he is in. A complete zero.

We don’t know what he knew. Period.

The Washigton Post story that gets bantered about has a misleading headline. Read the story.

We know that in open court there was valid testimony that he knew and did nothing and that he said he didn't know on Twitter.

That's it.

We know he won't be the head coach at UT.

Nothing...its pure hearsay that is all there is on Schiano. No proof at all.

hear·say
noun

LAW
the report of another person's words by a witness, usually disallowed as evidence in a court of law.

McQuery and Schiano never worked together at PSU.
McQuery’s testimony in a deposition would never be admissible in a trial. And the DA never pursued it.
McQuery said when he told Bradley about Sandusky, Bradley told him that years before Schiano saw something also. Schiano adamantly denies he ever knew anything was up with Sandusky.

Who knew the SJW mentality would take over the Rant?

That said, I wouldn’t want him anywhere near Bama. The optics are awful.

A guy said he heard Schiano say something...that is nothing. I can go into a courtroom and declare I'm from Mars. Does that make it true?

Still odd to me how this all just hit today. Most had no clue he was even on the staff then.

As a UT guy I asked this past week about schaino, and all I got was that he was a 1st class ahole pos. No mention of this penn st stuff. Just odd all of a sudden it popped up the day UT was looking at him seriously, and "getting close"

I blame ohst fans for ratting Pearl out, so wouldnt pass it by them to have a conscious now about the past they accepted once he is about to leave.

You have to prove intent to defame...lot easier to say you're going to sue somebody for defamation than actually follow through with it and win.

While I do to some extent agree that the evidence is far from airtight, how in the world is being outraged over someone who possibly looked the other way at a pederast anything like supporting something like intersectional feminism, kyriarchy, or the other ideology that comes along with it?

If this guy actually did what he was said to have done (albeit secondhand), I'm pretty sure it could be 1817, 1917, or 2017, and people would be outraged over it. Nor is rushing to judgement a particularly new phenomenon.

Here's a good run down on him.

Skip past the first bit if you want to info beyond the PedState stuff.

So, everyone associated with Penn State circa 1980s and 90s is guilty by association?

Asked directly whether he knew of anything inappropriate happening while he coached with Sandusky at Penn State, Schiano said: "Because of the situation being what it is, I'm not even going to get into it. I'm so far removed. Again, you don't need people making commentaries on things like this. It's just a sad thing.''

That was in 2011. He only denied it last year.

Why would the MCQueary perjure himself over that?

Seriously, if I asked you, did you know or hear about Sandusky raping children, what would your response be?

Would you want that guy as your head coach?
